The Chequers Pub
The Chequers Pub is a public house located in Gransden, Bedfordshire. It was developed almost a year ago, and we again worked closely with the client to get a design that they were happy with. The design tries to incorporate the characteristics of the pub, and the flash animation used on every page above the navigation helps to bring the site to life.
In it's most basic form, the site is comprised of 6 pages. Despite lacking a full site-wide CMS solution, various aspects of the website (such as the beers section) were engineered from scratch so that the client could update the section themselves. The site also has a news section which we manage for the client.
We are also working on another website for the same pub, designing and developing a second website for the Son of Sid Brewery, located on the same premises as the pub.
